Shipping Methods and Costs

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS

All shipping done by FedEx.

STANDARD Delivery occurs in 5 to 7 business days after processing.

2nd Day Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.

Next Day Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico , Caribbean - standard rate plus $26.00

Canada - standard international rate plus $26.00

South America - standard international rate plus $52.00

APO or FPO military address- standard international rate plus $71.00

*Orders shipping to an APO or FPO military address may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited. Please note these orders may take up to 21 days for delivery.


Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.


Orders to Alaska or Hawaii require expedited shipping. Ground shipping is not available.


Other than the US Territories, South America, Central America, the Caribbean and Canada we cannot ship to any international destinations.


All expedited orders require a street address.

Duties, Customs and VAT for orders to US Territories and Canada:

Please note, international orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes. If you are shipping your order outside of the continental United States, as a condition of sale, you acknowledge and agree that title to your order transfers to you after exportation from the United States and immediately prior to importation of such order at the border of the ship to location and assume all risk and responsibility for the import clearance, duties, and delivery to final destination. these charges must be paid upon receipt of your order. be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to purchasing a Gift Card. Sales tax will not be applied to purchasing a Gift Card.


The purchase and redemption of a Gift Card cannot exceed $1,000.


Etienne Aigner Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Etienne Aigner will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.


Returns to Our Online Store

Please refer to the packing slip located in the shipping box. It will have detailed instructions on how to return your order.


Please note that items purchased at our retail location, must be returned there. These instructions are for online purchases only.

  • Please find the packing slip in the package for our detailed return instructions.
  • Use the original packing material, if possible. Otherwise pack the item(s) securely.
  • Be sure to include the original packing slip with the item(s), as well as the ship confirmation email or the online purchase receipt.
  • Keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.

To ensure full credit, ALL products must be unused and undamaged, in their original boxes (if possible), and include all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.


Return shipping must be prepaid. Sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.


It is recommended that you use FedEx or UPS if at all possible. All other mail services should be insured with tracking if possible. Keep a copy of the “Return Tracking Number” to ensure the package is returned.

Refunds will be issued to the form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of receipt of returned product. Shipping cost will only be refunded if the product was defective or there was a shipping error on our part.


Items purchased online may also be returned to our retail location located at 65 Greene Street, New York, NY 10012. Please follow these simple steps:

  • Place the item(s) in their original packaging.
  • Have the original packing list.
  • All products must be unused and undamaged, in their original box, with all accessories, to ensure full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  • Take the item, original packing slip and ship confirmation email to the retail location noted above.
  • The associate at the store will help you in returning the item. Credits for the return will appear on your statement within 30 days of the return.

Returns to Our NYC Store

You may also contact our SoHo retail location via email for returns. Please send an email to soho@etienneaigner.com and include your First Name, Last Name, Original Order Number, Order Date, and one of our associates will respond in a timely manner to start the process of your return.


Rules and Restrictions for Returning Items

Full price items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise that was discounted 50 percent or more, is for final sale only and cannot be returned.
  • Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date, with the original receipt and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • When shipping a return, you must include the original packing list. Please keep a copy for your records.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • For online purchases returned to our retail location, you must have the original packing list AND the shipping confirmation email from the purchase. Without a receipt, you will be offered an exchange or store credit for the item.
  • Purchases made at our retail location may not be returned to our online store.
  • Products must be unused and undamaged with original hangtags attached.
  • In the case of damages during shipping, please contact the carrier or our customer care department.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days. The refund will include the cost of the item, plus any sales tax incurred.
  • Sample sale items are final sale items and cannot be returned.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive damaged or defective product from us, return the item(s) to our retail location or our online store by following the instructions above. A credit will be made to your account used for the purchase.


    To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. You may do this at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder or create an exchange for you, so this action must be taken on your part. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You can either place the new order online at etienneaigner.com or call us at 1-855-724-4637 and we can assist you.


    Credit

    Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days. The refund will include the cost of the item, plus any sales tax incurred.

    Warranties and Repair Policies

    Handbags and Accessories: manufacturer defects will be repaired by us for up to one year after date of purchase. You may return the item to our retail location, call our customer care team at 1-855-724-4637, or email us at shop@etienneaigner.com and they will be happy to assist you.


    Clothing: is seasonal and due to the delicate nature of the designs, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear.


    Jewelry: manufacturer defects are covered under warranty for up to one year after date of purchase. You may return the item to our retail location, call our customer care team at 1-855-724-4637, or email us at shop@etienneaigner.com and they will be happy to assist you.


    Shoes: we’ll assist you with any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship for up to one year after date of purchase.
