We hosted a gorgeous spring event, showcasing brand new product in Old New York.
On a sunny spring morning, we rounded out the last of our 60th anniversary celebrations at The Park Avenue Restaurant in New York City. Freshly decorated for Spring, guests posed in front of lavender dogwood branch blooms that were the focal point of the restaurant. At every turn the stunning space, which was draped in fresh blooms and seasonal scenery, lent itself to so many lively photo opportunities – the perfect backdrop for posing with our Spring collection!
We enjoyed a delicious spread of fresh fruits, buttery croissants, and organic frittata while sipping on herbal teas and fruit juices. Editors and bloggers alike were introduced to the deep jewel tones of our beautiful Fall collection while we highlighted the bright colors and airy silhouettes of the current Spring collection. Each blogger and tastemaker in attendance took turns styling the bright Spring pieces — especially the basket bags! — in to their ensembles and posed together for our photographer.
Not surprisingly, everyone was buzzing with excitement over the vintage bags! All of our guests were clamoring to get up close and personal with the classic beauties, admiring the patented Aigner locks and the signature cordovan color, beautifully distressed over the last several decades. Between bites and catching up, attendees captured photos and interactive Instagram stories of the vintage pieces juxtaposed with the modern bags that take direct inspiration from our past. As they say, everything old becomes new again.
