We want to take a moment to send our love and good health wishes to each of you as we navigate this unsettling time together as a community.   

Our online store remains open and we are continuing to fulfill orders. We do ask for your patience as our processing and shipping times might be slightly delayed due to heightened safety and cleanliness procedures at our warehouse.

Shipping & Returns Update: 

As we navigate these unprecedented times, our #1 priority is the well-being of our customers and employees. Etienne Aigner is taking additional steps, in ordinance with CDC and WHO requirements, to provide a sterile shipping environment to ensure our community’s safety, health, and wellness.

We are doing our best to keep our warehouse running as quickly and smoothly as possible. That being said, you may experience slight delays in receiving your order. Please bear with us and know that we are doing everything we can to make this shopping experience the best part of 2020 (so far).

We’ve extended our return policy to keep your shopping experience as stress-free as possible. If you’ve made a purchase on or after 3/1, feel free to reach out to customerservice@etienneaigner.com with any return/exchange questions and we will happily assist.
