However, if you change your mind for whatever reason, we will happily accept returns of any goods made within two weeks (14 days) of receipt. Footwear must be returned unworn and in the original shoebox. We also ask that your handbags come back unused, and in prime condition. Returns are free to U.S. customers.

WHAT CAN I EXCHANGE?
We will exchange items of the same kind in a different color or size. We cannot accept changes for items that are of a different style or different value.
WHY WAS MY EXCHANGE REJECTED?

WHAT IS AN INSTANT REFUND?
Along with your return you will receive an “instant refund” which can also be considered as an instant store credit for your return should you want to repurchase something. If you would not like to repurchase something else, you can forego using the credit, return the item by the return by date, and wait for your refund to be processed upon arrival.
